This fountain is custom-finished to order. Estimated lead time is 5–7 weeks from the date of order placement. Once shipped, freight transit is typically 3–9 business days depending on your location.
Free LTL Curbside Delivery to the Lower 48 states. Delivery is curbside only — the driver cannot bring items inside your home or to your desired placement location. Please have 1–2 additional people available to help move the fountain.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult (18+) must be present to sign at delivery. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees.
At Delivery — Important: Inspect all packaging before signing. Write "Subject to Inspection" on the Bill of Lading regardless of whether damage is visible. Do not install or use the fountain before reporting any damage. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery to support@pondhaven.com with photos.
