Made of glass fiber reinforced concrete, it closely resembles natural stone without the weight and is very durable.

*Please Note: This fountain is considered CUSTOM MADE due to the finish and stain applied. Cancellation of this order will result in the forfeiture of your payment. Also, the stain is hand applied and can vary from the photo/sample shown. If you have concerns about the color, please contact Customer Service and we can provide you with additional information.
This fountain is made to order. Estimated lead time is 6–7 weeks from the date of order placement. Once shipped, freight transit is typically 3–9 business days depending on your location.
Free LTL Curbside Delivery to the Lower 48 states. Delivery is curbside only — the driver cannot bring items onto your property or assist with placement. Please have 1–2 additional people available to help move the fountain.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign at delivery. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees.
At Delivery — Important: Inspect all packaging before signing. Write "Subject to Inspection" on the Bill of Lading regardless of whether damage is visible. Do not install or use the fountain before reporting any damage. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery to support@pondhaven.com with photos.
This is a made-to-order item and is not eligible for return or exchange. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours cancellations cannot be accepted.
