- Ships by LTL freight to the curb or the first flat, covered area the truck can reach.
- Inspect every piece before you sign. Report damage or missing items within 24 hours.
- Needs a level, solid surface such as a concrete pad. See the pad guidance.
- Plugs into a standard outdoor GFCI outlet.
- Every piece is hand-stained, so color varies. Not sure on a finish? Order finish samples.
- Drain and cover the fountain before freezing weather. Never use chlorine or pool chemicals.

This fountain is made to order. Estimated lead time is 10 weeks from the date of order placement. Once shipped, freight transit is typically 3–9 business days depending on your location.
Free LTL Curbside Delivery to the Lower 48 states. Delivery is curbside only — the driver cannot bring items onto your property or assist with placement. Please have 2–3 additional people available to help move the fountain.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign at delivery. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees.
At Delivery — Important: Inspect all packaging before signing. Write "Subject to Inspection" on the Bill of Lading regardless of whether damage is visible. Do not install or use the fountain before reporting any damage. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery to support@pondhaven.com with photos.
