- Made to order in Las Vegas, NV. Ships in about 8 weeks.
- Delivered by LTL freight to the curb. Plan for 2–3 people or equipment to move the pieces (heaviest: 103 lb).
- Needs a level, solid surface such as a concrete pad or compacted pavers.
- Plugs into a standard outdoor GFCI outlet; the pump cord is 16 ft.
- Every piece is hand-finished, so color varies slightly. Not sure on a finish? order finish samples.

This fountain is made to order with your choice of finish. Estimated lead time is 4–6 weeks from the date of order placement. Once shipped, freight transit is typically 3–9 business days depending on your location.
Free LTL Curbside Delivery to the Lower 48 states. Delivery is curbside only — the driver cannot bring items onto your property or assist with placement. Please have 2–3 additional people available to help move the fountain.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign at delivery. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees.
At Delivery — Important: Inspect all packaging before signing. Write "Subject to Inspection" on the Bill of Lading regardless of whether damage is visible. Do not install or use the fountain before reporting any damage. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery to support@pondhaven.com with photos.
