- Requires a custom-built pond at least 10 ft across and an exterior pool pump and filter. Most buyers have a pool or pond contractor plumb it.

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign at delivery. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees.
At Delivery — Important: Inspect all packaging before signing. Write "Subject to Inspection" on the Bill of Lading regardless of whether damage is visible. Do not install or use the fountain before reporting any damage. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery to support@pondhaven.com with photos.
