The InterMix Submersible mixer features heavy-duty mixers designed specifically for handling raw, screened wastewater. The propeller has its own dedicated bearings housed within the fairwater, which prevents any strain on the motor.
Each mixer comes with a 304 stainless steel motor support and mount. The mount is compatible with a 4" square tube mast (not included; can be sourced locally), allowing for easy raising, lowering, and removal of the mixer without needing to enter the tank. For direct-drive mixers, an optional pontoon floating mount is available, making it perfect for lagoons and oxidation ditches (sold separately).
This unit is equipped with a Baldor 3-phase continuous duty motor, featuring Class F insulation and UL listing for Class 1, Group D, Division 1 explosion-proof environments, along with a 30-foot power cord.
