This fountain is made to order. Estimated lead time is 4–6 weeks (currently) or 6–8 weeks (peak season: March–October) from the date of order placement. Once shipped, freight transit is typically 3–9 business days depending on your location.
Free LTL Delivery to the Lower 48 states. Please note: this fountain's basin exceeds standard liftgate capacity and requires a forklift for unloading. Please confirm forklift access at your delivery address before placing your order. Delivery is curbside only — the driver cannot bring items onto your property or assist with placement. Please have 1–2 additional people available to help move the fountain.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign at delivery. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees.
At Delivery — Important: Inspect all packaging before signing. Write "Subject to Inspection" on the Bill of Lading regardless of whether damage is visible. Do not install or use the fountain before reporting any damage. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery to support@pondhaven.com with photos.
This is a made-to-order item and is not eligible for return or exchange. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours cancellations cannot be accepted.
